Just pour the diluted solution into the reservoir of your autoclave, and run a cycle.

If the chamber is dark black, leave the cleaner solution on the bottom of the chamber for two hours, then wipe it clean with a dry towel.

The scaling and build up of minerals in the chamber and inside the pipes and valves will be gone.
